We ship only to residents in the U.S.
We ship through the listed providers at checkout and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the item has been shipped. You will need to address these issues with the shipping carrier. Please choose tracking and any added insurance when selecting your shipping option. For purchases over $500 you may purchase additional insurance coverage by searching for and adding "Additional Insurance Coverage" to the cart.
*NOTE: Once an item has been shipped we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will need to reach out to your local post office. Once you take possession of your jewelry, we are not responsible for broken items and lost or popped out stones. You will need to contact your local jeweler for repairs.
